Key Responsibilities
- Act as the domain lead across Federal, Defence, and National Security portfolios
- Build trusted relationships with senior government and defence stakeholders
- Own portfolio growth including pipeline, revenue, and major pursuits (RFTs, RFIs)
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for secure data, AI, and cloud platforms
- Ensure compliance with government security frameworks (e.g. PSPF, ISM)
- Oversee transition from presales to delivery, ensuring quality and margin
- Mentor teams and contribute to capability uplift and go-to-market offerings
About You
- 15+ years’ experience in Data, AI, or digital transformation within government or regulated environments
- Strong executive stakeholder engagement and advisory experience
- Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, governance, and secure cloud platforms
- Proven track record in presales, bid leadership, and commercial outcomes
- Strong leadership and team development capability
- Current NV2 (NV2+) security clearance is mandatory
