You’ll oversee the delivery of seamless, high-quality experiences for customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our client’s commitment to excellence, reliability and innovation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a large, diverse directorate providing essential ICT and client support services.
- Build trusted relationships with partner agencies, acting as a key strategic liaison.
- Challenge existing processes and champion service improvement initiatives.
- Drive financial and operational sustainability through continuous innovation.
- Foster a customer-first culture that values accountability, transparency and collaboration.
You’re an experienced leader in ICT service delivery, customer engagement or corporate operations with a proven ability to build partnerships and deliver strategic change. You combine commercial acumen with public sector values, and you’re passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences that make a tangible difference.
