We are working with Halo Connect, who are seeking a Digital Support Specialist to help them deliver a reliable, high-quality support experience as they grow across the Australian healthcare sector.
This is a hands-on role where you will be the primary support contact for customers, partners, and internal teams, troubleshooting issues and helping maintain high availability across their platform and integrations.
You’ll work closely with clinic IT providers and their engineering team to diagnose connectivity and environment issues while helping improve support processes over time.
Key responsibilities
Day to day you will:
- Act as the primary technical support resource across the business
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues across the Halo platfor
- Work directly with clinic IT providers to troubleshoot connectivity
- Support Windows-based installations and configuration
- Troubleshoot networking, firewall, proxy, and antivirus issues
- Analyse logs to identify root causes
- Improve support processes, documentation, and knowledge base
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve recurring issues
You may currently be a Technical Support Specialist, Support Analyst, or similar in a SaaS, healthcare IT, MSP, or technology environment and are looking for a role with greater ownership.
- Good troubleshooting skills across Windows and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable working with customer IT providers
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- Curious, pragmatic, and enjoys solving problems
