The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects or programs, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. This role works closely with business and technical stakeholders to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects/programs from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and regular updates.
- Maintain strong governance, reporting, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and ways of working.
- Proven experience in Delivery, Project, or Program Management roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
- Experience delivering technology or transformation projects is highly regarded.
