This is not a governance-only role - you’ll be hands-on in design , shaping how security architecture comes together across programs, identity, and infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with the Principle Information Security Advisor and program leaders to:
- Develop and drive the cyber architecture roadmap
- Guide solution-level design across initiatives like Network of the Future and Customer Identity
- Bring security best practice into early-stage program work - from blank canvas through to implementation
- Represent Cyber in working groups and architectural forums, ensuring cohesion across BAU and program activities
What You’ll Work On
- Cyber hygiene uplift and foundational security architecture design
- Research and evaluation of identity and access management solutions (vendor selection in progress)
- Network modernisation and cloud-native enablement initiatives
- Architectural governance and design documentation using modern tools (Miro, Sigma, Visio, etc.)
About You
You’re an engineer-turned-architect who still loves solving technical puzzles - someone with a mile-wide understanding across security domains and the ability to translate ambiguity into structure.

- Have strong experience across enterprise and cloud security architecture
- Understand how multiple stacks and tools interact across complex environments
- Can design from scratch - not just advise from a distance
- Are comfortable in high-ambiguity, early-stage programs
- Have worked in financial services, enterprise, or modern tech-driven organisations (vs. traditional government environments)
