We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead the end-to-end transition from legacy systems to new enterprise platforms within a large-scale transformation program.
This role will ensure all technical, data, operational, and business readiness activities are aligned, rehearsed, and executed in a controlled manner to deliver a smooth, low-risk Go-Live with minimal disruption.
Working across multiple delivery streams, vendors, and senior stakeholders, you will drive strategy, governance, and execution across Dress Rehearsals and final deployment, providing clear coordination and leadership throughout the transition lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall cutover strategy, including approach, phases, and timelines
- Develop and manage the integrated plan across technology, data migration, integrations, business readiness, and legacy shutdown activities
- Establish governance, entry/exit criteria, and command centre operating model
- Lead planning and execution of Dress Rehearsals, ensuring outcomes and learnings are embedded into final plans
- Drive Go/No-Go readiness checkpoints and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
- Lead execution of the cutover plan during Go-Live, managing risks, dependencies, and real-time escalations
- Oversee data migration sequencing, validation, and sign-offs, and support post-Go-Live hypercare and transition to BAU
- Proven experience leading cutover or complex go-live activities for large-scale enterprise transformation or system implementation programs
- Strong background in legacy-to-target platform transitions across multiple technology and business streams
- Experience coordinating data migration, integrations, and business readiness activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate confidently in high-pressure, time-critical environments
