An established enterprise software provider is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic clients across Australia. This role is focused on driving customer outcomes, product adoption, retention, and long-term value in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment.
The Role
You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, developing a deep understanding of their operational and strategic goals and aligning software solutions to measurable outcomes. Working closely with internal teams across onboarding, support, product, and sales, you'll proactively manage relationships, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Drive customer adoption, value realisation, and retention
- Act as the internal advocate and escalation point for customers
- Develop customer success plans, health metrics, and action plans
- Identify and support renewal and expansion opportunities
- 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Engineering, or Project Management
- SaaS Platform experience
- Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to customer health and outcomes
- Comfortable working with CRM and Customer Success platforms
- Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to obtain required background clearance
