You'll facilitate executive workshops, develop board-ready roadmaps and investment cases, and drive Lean, automation and AI-enabled process redesign outcomes-led rather than system-led, with platforms such as SAP as key enablers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–15+ years' experience in strategy, management consulting or consulting-led transformation roles within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated leadership of large workstreams or programs with measurable outcomes (productivity, experience, risk, cost).
- Experience operating credibly at senior executive level in regulated or publicly scrutinised environments.
- Structured, hypothesis-led problem solving with exceptional communication, facilitation and organisational change management skills.
- Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, process re-engineering and continuous improvement methods.
- Experience using enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, EAM, Ariba) to enable redesigned business processes and operating models (desirable).
