Are you a CRM expert who loves building solutions that make a real impact on customer experience? We’re looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and enhance CRM capabilities that drive better engagement and smarter business decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality CRM enhancements, integrations, and customisations. What you’ll do:
Build & Customise CRM Solutions
- Design, develop, and implement CRM enhancements, workflows, and UI customisations
- Configure fields, views, reports, and dashboards
- Build custom plugins, APIs, and system integrations
- Integrate the CRM with other enterprise systems
- Support data migration, cleansing, and quality management
- Maintain and monitor data integrity across platforms
- Monitor CRM performance and apply best-practice optimisation
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and deliver fixes
- 8+ years as a CRM Developer—ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Candidates with strong experience in Salesforce or HubSpot are also encouraged to apply
- Strong skills in CRM development tools/languages: Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL
- Experience with CRM plugins, APIs, workflows, and integrations
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Salesforce Process Builder)
- Agile project delivery experience
- Relevant CRM certifications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Developer)
