About the Role
I am seeking a hands-on Systems & Network Engineer
with experience working in an MSP, who can balance technical expertise with strong client engagement skills. This is a client-facing role where you'll be the trusted technical advisor, delivering solutions across servers, networks, firewalls, and security systems, while also ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact and trusted advisor for client IT needs.
- Design, configure, and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across hybrid, cloud, and on-premise environments.
- Conduct on-site client visits for support, maintenance, and project delivery.
- Deliver high-quality support in line with SLAs, escalating and resolving issues quickly.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement solutions.
- Document technical work, site visits, and client interactions clearly.
- Contribute to infrastructure and network projects, from requirements gathering to delivery.
- Provide training and best-practice guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Participate in after-hours/emergency support when required.
- 5+ years' experience in systems and network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, firewalls, and IT security.
- Experience with cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
- Proficiency with ITSM/helpdesk tools(e.g., Datto Autotask).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience delivering on-site technical services and managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- High client satisfaction and strong long-term relationships.
- SLA compliance with quick and effective resolution of issues.
- Stable and secure IT environments for clients.
- Clear, professional communication and documentation.
