- Day Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience
This role is well suited to a pragmatic, delivery-focused change professional who is comfortable working in complex, matrixed environments and influencing across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading and embedding change management practices that support improved ways of working across the IT function. Working closely with senior leaders, delivery teams and frontline staff, you will help ensure changes are understood, adopted and sustained.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a practical change management approach aligned to an IT transformation
- Supporting uplift initiatives across service delivery maturity, internal communications, and employee experience
- Conducting change impact and readiness assessments across diverse IT teams
- Designing and delivering change, communication and engagement plans tailored to different audiences
- Coaching leaders and managers to effectively lead change within their teams
- Partnering with program, project and service delivery leads to embed change into day-to-day operations
- Monitoring adoption, feedback and outcomes to inform continuous improvement
You are an experienced Change Manager who brings both structure and pragmatism to transformation initiatives. You understand how enterprise IT functions operate and can translate change concepts into actions that resonate with technical teams.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering change within large enterprise or government IT environments
- Strong understanding of service delivery models (e.g. ITSM, operational uplift, ways of working)
- Experience working on transformation programs rather than purely technology implementations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A practical, outcomes-focused approach to change adoption
- Formal change management qualifications (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, equivalent) are desirable
