The Change Manager will lead the planning and execution of change management activities to support the successful delivery and adoption of a large-scale global technology platform transformation. This initiative will significantly impact a broad range of technology and business teams and represents a major step in modernising the organisation’s core systems and operating model.
This role is critical in ensuring the transformation delivers its intended business value through effective stakeholder engagement, behavioural change, and operational readiness.
Key Strengths & Previous Experience:
- Proven ability to translate complex technical change into clear business outcomes and value.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training, process improvements, and communication strategies to support change adoption.
- Strong capability in supporting the implementation of Target Operating Model (TOM) changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the change management strategy and roadmap aligned with program milestones.
- Assess impacts across business and technology teams and define readiness criteria.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive training, process updates, and communications.
- Build relationships and facilitate workshops to align on change impacts and adoption plans.
- Lead business readiness and user enablement initiatives for new capabilities and processes.
- Track adoption metrics, monitor progress, and report to leadership.
- Embed change activities within delivery plans and support pilot, migration, and rollout programs.
- Identify and proactively manage resistance and adoption risks.
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in change management within large technology or digital transformation programs.
- Experience delivering change across complex platforms or system transformations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technology and business teams.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region delivery environments.
- Proven ability to design and execute communication, training, and adoption strategies.

Day rate- $925 per day inc super
