Our client is embarking on a major Finance Transformation program, transitioning from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA across multiple agencies. We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the organisational change effort, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and fully supported throughout this significant system uplift.
In this role, you will shape and execute the change strategy, build strong relationships across business units, and work collaboratively with the Training & Capability Lead to ensure readiness at every stage of the program.

What You’ll Be Doing
Change Leadership & Planning
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan aligned with SAP Activate.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to inform planning and communication.
- Identify and proactively manage change-related risks, issues, and resistance.
- Support business readiness activities to ensure smooth transition and end-user adoption.
- Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications across all stakeholder groups.
- Establish and manage change networks, including change champions and super-users.
- Partner closely with project teams, business units, and the Training & Capability Lead to align training with change impacts and timelines.
- Track adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to project leadership.
- Ensure change activities remain on track, relevant, and effective.
- 5+ years’ experience delivering Change Management across large-scale ERP or SAP programs.
- Strong background in SAP S/4HANA transformations, ideally within public sector or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and design fit-for-purpose engagement strategies.
- Deep understanding of change frameworks and methodologies, including SAP Activate and Agile.
- Understanding of relevant SAP modules (Finance, Asset Management, Project Systems).
- Proven ability to manage resistance, drive adoption, and embed sustainable change.
