The Change Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading and embedding change initiatives across complex programs and projects. This role ensures that change impacts are effectively identified, planned, and delivered to maximise adoption, minimise disruption, and realise intended business benefits.
You will be working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, and key stakeholders, the Change Delivery Lead plays a critical role in enabling successful organisational change.

- Develop and deliver end-to-end change strategies aligned to program and organisational objectives
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
- Define and maintain integrated change plans, including communications, training, and engagement activities
- Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive alignment and sponsorship
- Develop and execute targeted communication plans to support change adoption
- Facilitate workshops, forums, and engagement sessions across impacted teams
- Degree in Business, Change Management, Communications, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Change management certification (e.g. Prosci) highly regarded
- Resilient, adaptable, and outcome-focused
- Strong influencer with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery
- High attention to detail with a strategic mindset
