We’re looking for a Change Analyst who’s excited by meaningful work and the opportunity to help shape a maturing Change function from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to the Change Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting delivery across the transformation. Your focus will include:
- Conducting change impact assessments and analysis across multiple workstreams
- Supporting stakeholder engagement with sharp, polished comms and documentation
- Using change reporting tools to track and communicate progress
- Helping uplift ways of working in a low-maturity change environment
- Working closely with Simon so he can stay focused on high-level program strategy

- Daily rate approx. $680 –$700 per day + Super
