The role
You’ll support and optimise core operational systems used for CRM, events, bookings and incident management. You’ll act as the key link between business users, vendors and technical teams, ensuring systems are reliable, fit-for-purpose and delivering value.
Key responsibilities:
- SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Interrogate databases and support Power BI reporting
- Support operational business systems and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with implementation of new booking and incident platforms
- Develop documentation and train users
- Drive continuous system improvement
You’re a hands-on Business Systems Specialist who can hit the ground running with Dynamics 365 and enjoys working closely with operational teams.
Essential
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience interrogating databases and support Power BI reporting
- Background supporting multiple business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder skills
- Experience with event, booking or incident systems
- Experience supporting system implementations
