This is a business-facing role working across systems, data and stakeholders, with new system implementations underway.
The role You’ll support and optimise core operational systems used for CRM, events, bookings and incident management. You’ll act as the key link between business users, vendors and technical teams, ensuring systems are reliable, fit-for-purpose and delivering value.
Key responsibilities:
- SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
- Support operational business systems and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with implementation of new booking and incident platforms
- Interrogate databases and support Power BI reporting
- Develop documentation and train users
- Drive continuous system improvement
Essential
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Background supporting multiple business applications
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder skills
- Ability to interrogate data and support reporting
- Experience with event, booking or incident systems
- Power BI exposure
- Experience supporting system implementations
