This autonomous role is focused on opening new doors, building strategic relationships, and driving adoption of advanced sensor-led solutions across commercial and critical environments — supported by a high-performing ANZ sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Execute territory growth plans
- Build pipeline, revenue and customer growth
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders across Smart Buildings & infrastructure
- Lead solution-led conversations through product demonstrations and training
- Create pipeline through proactive market engagement
- Provide market insight to help shape future solutions
About You
- Proven sales leader
- Experience launching new products or services into market
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Background in one or more of the following:
– Smart Buildings
– HVAC Controls
This is a new business-led role suited to a commercially driven BDM who thrives on building pipeline, shaping opportunities and owning market growth.
Role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
