About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading supplier of premium building products. This role focuses on specification sales, working closely with architects, designers, and specifiers to ensure the brand’s products are front of mind for projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and design sectors.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the product range.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Proven experience in specification sales within the building products industry.
• Strong network within the architectural and design community.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Valid driver’s licence.
