- Exciting large scale SAP migration project
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements impacted by the upgrade
- Analyse as-is processes in SAP ECC6 and contribute to the design of future-state processes within S/4HANA
- Assist with configuration reviews, business process re-engineering, and finance data mapping
- Support data migration planning
- Participate in solution design workshops and walkthroughs
- Develop test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing
- Contribute to the development of training materials and support change management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally on an SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project- or on an SAP project with breadth of exposure across modules.
- Good understanding of SAP core modules (e.g. FI/CO, MM, Asset Management).
- Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical experts to frontline business users.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements management tools.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and controls in a government setting (e.g., budgeting, financial reporting, asset management, funds management, AP/AR).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across varying levels of seniority.
