Our client is a well established Brisbane based industry leader. This is an opportunity for you to bring your business analysis skills and strategic mindset to help enhance capability across their Business Analysis Practice. You'll contribute to a range of Business and ICT led projects and programs, working on strategic Business and ICT plans, alongside a team of genuine experts in their field.
About the role:
- Your job is professional problem solving.
- You'll support a Project Manager and a team of Business Analysts across workshops, analysis, documentation, and delivery on a broad range of projects.
- You'll join as a mid-senior level Business Analyst on a permanent basis, with a clear runway to grow into a consulting career.
- Bring together business and technology skills to strategise, plan and execute projects of varying size and complexity.
- Engage with stakeholders, review processes, and identify, analyse and interpret opportunities to land on the best solution for each project.
- Experience working within large-scale transformation or business improvement programs will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 3+ years working as a Business Analyst.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or similar
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational, problem solving and coordination skills
- Excellent relationship management and engagement skills
