This is a true business-facing BA role. We are looking for someone who can challenge thinking, identify opportunities for improvement, and understand the "why" behind business requirements—not simply document them.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement and Asset Management, you will play a key role in ensuring business processes are aligned and support the organisation's broader transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, analyse and validate business requirements.
- Challenge existing processes and assumptions to drive improved business outcomes.
- Document current and future state processes, business requirements and recommendations.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and project delivery teams.
- Support the successful uplift and optimisation of TechnologyOne across multiple business functions.
- Contribute to change and transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within business transformation, ERP or enterprise application projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence, challenge and ask insightful questions to uncover the root cause of business issues.
- Experience working across Finance, Procurement and/or Asset Management functions.
- Previous TechnologyOne experience would be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, documentation and analytical skills.
