Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Support delivery teams throughout project lifecycles, including testing, implementation, and change activities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Assist with risk identification, issue management, and project documentation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and provide practical solutions.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, and requirements management tools.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
