We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a high-performing technology delivery team working on a large-scale platform transformation initiative.
This role sits at the intersection of business domains, technology delivery, and platform modernisation. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and operational stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, prioritised delivery artefacts that support high-quality outcomes within an Agile environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring requirements are well understood, delivery-ready, and aligned with platform architecture and organisational priorities.
Key Accountabilities Requirements & Backlog Management:
- Gather, validate, and document requirements, converting them into actionable engineering tasks.
- Clearly communicate requirements both verbally and in writing to ensure a shared understanding across delivery teams.
- Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are testable and well understood.
- Identify dependencies and sequencing of work across initiatives.
- Break down initiatives into manageable tasks and maintain a well-prioritised delivery backlog.
- Manage delivery artefacts in Agile tools to ensure transparency and alignment with delivery priorities.

- Comfortable working within complex and evolving environments.
- Proactive in challenging assumptions and improving ways of working.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology delivery environments
- Experience working in complex, high-transaction or digital product environments
- Exposure to large-scale platform or transformation programs
- Experience working in highly regulated or data-driven industries
