The role works closely with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate them into actionable requirements, and deliver scalable solutions that support organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Analyse business problems and translate them into well-defined requirements and documentation.
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights, validate requirements, and support decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, and process guides to support communication and implementation.
- Plan and execute projects end-to-end, including defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and success measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of improvements.
- Perform traditional business analysis and project management activities to support continuous improvement across the organisation.
