The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
- Experience in useraccess management
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- Support solution design in collaboration with technical teams
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analysis
- Assist with data analysis, process improvement, and system enhancements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Contribute to business case development and cost/benefit analysis
- Provide ongoing stakeholder communication, progress updates, and issue resolution
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working across the full SDLC
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar
- Experience working in multiple CRM's & complex programs
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven projects
- Experience in digital transformation or system implementation projects
