Role Overview
The Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable documentation to support the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Map current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solution designs.
- Support testing, change management, and implementation activities.
- Manage requirements traceability and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as appropriate.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across business and/or technology projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
- Ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly to varied audiences.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar is desirable.
