Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of detailed business process models, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements to support data centre consolidation, relocation, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure solutions meet the needs of diverse user groups and deliver secure, efficient, and consistent access experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing structured analysis and supporting informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, testers, and technical teams across network, infrastructure, and data domains to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in design and delivery.
- Contribute to solution validation, change impact assessments, and continuous improvement of processes and capabilities.
- Support the business analysis practice by sharing expertise, enhancing analytical capability, and promoting best practices.
- Strong experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, process mapping, and analysis for infrastructure or technology projects.
- Experience working on large-scale data centre, IT infrastructure, or related programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across technical and business domains.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Infrastructure, or a related field.
- Professional business analysis or project management certifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to engage effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
