This role is central to identifying, analysing, and documenting business processes and requirements to help deliver integrated, effective technology solutions across corporate and operational settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and define business problems and requirements.
- Analyse and document functional, technical, and service requirements
- Support the design and implementation of business improvements
- Work collaboratively with solution architects, analysts, and subject matter experts
- Contribute to business case development, project planning, change management and user testing.
- Prepare high-quality documentation
- Facilitate workshops
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset and actively contribute to a culture of continuous service improvement.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business analyst role, ideally within a medium to large enterprise.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your message for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
- Proven capability to juggle priorities and manage deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of change management and an understanding of its impact on business stakeholders.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry certifications (e.g. BABOK).
- Previous experience working in sport, venue management, or entertainment environments.
- Familiarity with AS/ISO and/or public sector information standards.
You’ll be part of a team supporting a network of high-profile venues and corporate environments through a blend of modern hybrid systems and enterprise IT solutions. While based at a central office location, the role offers variety and hands-on engagement across diverse business units.
