About the Role
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy across digital, product, and commercial channels. You’ll drive consistent brand messaging, elevate product awareness, and ensure campaigns and content cut through in a competitive market.
You’ll lead, mentor, and support a marketing team consisting of a Designer, Content Specialist, and Marketing Coordinator while working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the national brand strategy, ensuring consistent execution across all channels
- Lead and coach a team of three, fostering creativity and accountability
- Oversee product launches, campaigns, digital assets, and all brand communications
- Manage website content, e-commerce presence, catalogues, email marketing, and social platforms
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver targeted messaging and collateral
- Manage budgets, agency partners, and external creative suppliers
- Analyse data and customer insights to improve brand reach and performance
- Protect and grow the brand identity across all touchpoints
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or product marketing roles
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Strong understanding of digital channels and campaign development
- Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive, creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Experience within product-based or design-led industries is highly regarded
