- Designing Azure governance frameworks: policies, naming conventions, tagging strategies, cost management, compliance monitoring
- Defining and enforcing Azure Policy and management group hierarchies
- Building self-service provisioning solutions with Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and OpenAI tools
- Developing infrastructure-as-code using PowerShell, Bicep (preferred) and Terraform
- Building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Collaborating with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to align with Microsoft’s Well-Architected Framework
- Supporting BAU Azure operations: monitoring, patching, and environment lifecycle management
- Applying systems administration knowledge across Windows, Linux, and Active Directory
- Mentoring junior engineers and participating in architecture reviews
- Continuously improving internal processes and automation templates
- 3–4 years of hands-on Azure experience, particularly governance, policy, and management groups
- Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code: Bicep preferred, Terraform familiar
- Knowledge of tagging strategies and monitoring solutions
- Systems engineering background: Windows, Linux, Active Directory
- Collaborative, mature, and open to developing AI-driven automation skills
- Motivated to learn, innovate, and contribute in a small, supportive team
