A leading national integrator is looking for an experienced AV Commissioner
to join their high-performing team. Delivering tailored AV/VC solutions across commercial, education, and government sectors, this company is known for innovation, reliability, and technical excellence.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure systems are fully commissioned, integrated, and aligned to client expectations — blending technical expertise with on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission and configure AV systems on-site to ensure functionality and performance.
- Prepare interface documentation for AV hardware/software integration.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation and system guides.
- Execute test plans, identify issues, and troubleshoot AV systems.
- Validate and physically set up systems to match design specifications.
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
- Trade qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics, AV, IT, Networking, or Multimedia.
- Proven experience with AV/VC technologies (e.g., AMX, Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Poly).
- Confident configuring audio DSPs and working with AV-over-IP solutions.
- Familiarity with programming (C++, Java) and GUI design is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
