Required Skills & Experience:
- 10–15+ years' experience leading application operations or managed services within large, complex or regulated organisations.
- Demonstrated experience running client-embedded application managed services, including leadership of application support and operations teams.
- Proven experience engaging credibly with CIOs, application owners, Operations and Risk leaders in governance and assurance forums.
- Strong understanding of application operations, support models and managed services across custom and packaged enterprise applications, including monitoring and observability tooling.
- Experience leading application monitoring, patching, vulnerability remediation and lifecycle risk management — with proven ability to translate application performance into business and experience outcomes (BLAs/XLAs).
- Working knowledge of SOCI obligations and critical infrastructure cyber expectations, with experience partnering with security, risk and compliance teams on audit-ready governance and controls.
