Workday / Azure Integration Developer (CRM/HCM)
We have partnered with a Medium sized business who has a Lean team and currently pushing boundaries with AI and we are helping them to recruit an Application & Integration Developer (CRM / HCM) to join their team!
The Application and Integration Developer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining SaaS-based applications, including CRM and HCM systems.
This role will also involve designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions to facilitate seamless data flow between these applications and other critical business systems. You'll also work closely with Azure tools (such as Service Bus, Logic and Function Apps).
You'll work with business stakeholders and technical teams to support existing systems while helping deliver new solutions across HR, finance, and business operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support and administer SaaS-based enterprise applications (CRM, HCM, etc.) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Design, develop, and maintain integration components, APIs, and middleware to connect applications and business systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand integration needs and business process requirements.
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure proper implementation of SaaS solutions and integrations.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience developing integrations for SaaS-based applications such as CRM and HCM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics, SAP).
- Experience with Azure integration platforms (e.g., Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/NodeJS.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) for data management and transformation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) expertise (Terraform, Bicep).
- Understanding of Azure Functions and Logic Apps, to build scalable and secure solutions.
- This will be a 2-year fixed-term position, with a chance of extension or to turn permanent
- Salary:$160,000 - $170,000 total package (inc Super) as a guide
- Hybrid model: In-office 3 days per week Melbourne CBD / 2 days from home
