What You’ll Do
- Design and develop robust AI agents using Python
- Own the full lifecycle: prototype → production → optimisation
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems
- Evaluate and leverage 3rd-party models, understanding strengths and trade-offs
- Build and maintain agent evaluation platforms
- Write clean, unit-tested, production-grade code
- Uphold strong CI/CD, documentation, and code review standards
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimise AI systems for performance and reliability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 6+ years professional experience developing Python applications
- Deep expertise in Python 3.x (asyncio, type hints, context managers)
- Strong grasp of software design patterns, OOP, and modular architecture
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and integration with 3rd-party AI services
- Commercial or open-source experience building AI agents
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling (Git, Confluence, Slack)
- Strong problem-solving ability in dynamic, high-performance environments
