We are partnering with a large, enterprise-scale organisation undergoing significant digital transformation across customer-facing platforms. This role sits within a high-performing engineering team responsible for building modern, scalable front-end solutions used by millions of users.
The Role:
You will be a hands-on Front End Engineer, contributing to the design and delivery of responsive, high-quality web applications. Working closely with product, UX, backend engineers, and architecture teams, you will help shape customer experiences while ensuring engineering best practices are consistently applied.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript and ReactJS
- Integrate with downstream and RESTful APIs
- Customise and extend Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, including Adaptive Forms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and design
- Contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of strong front-end engineering experience
- Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Redux
- Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Adaptive Forms and custom component development
- Solid understanding of system architecture, including application, infrastructure, network, and security layers
- Familiarity with best-practice standards and design patterns
- Desirable, exposure to Java and Spring Boot API development
