Salary 200k + Super
This is a senior, client-facing role focused on the stability, resilience and ongoing improvement of a business-critical Advanced Distribution Management System environment. You will work across ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS and related integrations, supporting operational outcomes across a safety-critical distribution network.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and improve ADMS-enabled operational outcomes across control room operations, outage response, restoration and network safety
- Lead BAU stability, monitoring, incident response, problem management and root cause elimination
- Govern release, change and operational readiness across ADMS, integrations and dependent systems
- Maintain a forward roadmap across BAU, technical debt, platform upgrades, cyber uplift and operator-driven improvements
- Provide solution architecture across ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, GIS, AMI/MDMS, DER and enterprise integrations
- Work closely with OT, IT, operations, security, vendors and senior stakeholders to drive service improvement
- Strong experience across ADMS, distribution operations technology or OT systems
- Utilities or critical infrastructure experience highly preferred
- Understanding of outage management, switching, restoration, control room workflows and network model management
- Architecture and integration experience across ADMS / SCADA / OMS / DMS ecosystems
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments across OT, IT, security and operations teams
- Strong incident, problem, release and change management understanding
- Ability to translate technical issues into operational risk, options and clear recommendations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Exposure to Australian distribution networks or regulated utilities
- Understanding of OT cyber security, resilience, audit and critical infrastructure requirements
- Experience with GIS, AMI/MDMS, DER, middleware, APIs or enterprise integrations
- Consulting or client-embedded delivery experience
