The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly connected, design-led A&D Specification BDM to drive business growth through strategic relationships within the architectural and design community.
This is a consultative, influence-driven role where you will take ownership of the specification process — shaping design outcomes and contributing directly to major project wins.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key specifiers
• Secure product specifications across commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects
• Deliver engaging presentations that inspire and influence design outcomes
• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
• Develop and execute a targeted territory plan to exceed sales objectives
• Represent the brand at industry events, showrooms, and networking functions
About You
You are a natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for design and a proven ability to influence outcomes within the A&D space.
You will bring:
• Demonstrated experience in architectural specification sales
• Exposure to soft furnishings, textiles, wallcoverings, or related premium interior products
• An established network within the architecture and design community
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• A commercial mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• High levels of professionalism, organisation, and self-motivation
