An opportunity for an experienced  A&D Sales Representative  to join the Melbourne Team, heading up a new and exciting division of the business. Exclusively working with the A&D community to consolidate all current accounts and leads as well and spend time ‘on the road’ canvassing new business. Being predominantly a B2C organisation, this is an amazing opportunity to carve your own path by creating your own new division with the full support of the team.
Working autonomously, you will play an important role in driving sales while continuing to uphold our exceptional customer service and industry reputation.

What you will be doing:  
  • Achieving quarterly sales targets and deliver top-line growth
  • Create a growth plan for the trade side of the business
  • Maintain a regular call cycle and business plan for the territory
  • Scheduling and meeting existing clients for relationship building, new product demonstrations and sales development opportunities
  • Building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with key commercial clients including architects, designers, project managers, builders and specifiers.
  • Preparing concepts, quotes, tenders and sales orders
About you:
  • High-end sales experience ( furniture, cars etc ) and/or previous experience selling across the A&D community
  • You will be able to demonstrate a flexible and positive attitude, work independently, and with a clear ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
  • A flair for colour, design, fashion and interiors
  • Strong communication skills and team player attitude
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceed sales targets
  • Commitment to providing phenomenal customer service
  • Strong PC and organisational skills with an attention to detail and a self-motivated mindset
  • Driver License and an unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional presentation
  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong communication skills and team player attitude
