They are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their high-performing team in Surry Hills, supporting a diverse portfolio of mid-market enterprise customers across multiple sectors.
The Opportunity This is a client-facing, relationship-focused role where you’ll manage a portfolio of medium-sized enterprise customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, satisfaction, and retention. You’ll work closely with key decision-makers, oversee onboarding, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and add value.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of mid-market enterprise accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Deliver seamless onboarding, training, and account setup to ensure early adoption and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews, track performance, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build trusted partnerships with clients while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales leadership to continually enhance customer experience and engagement.
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B account management, customer success, or sales.
- Proven ability to manage and retain enterprise-level clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to client management.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and a digital-first mindset.
