This role will be responsible for driving the growth of access control solutions across Australia and New Zealand by developing strategic relationships with installers, integrators, consultants, and end-user organisations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the adoption of innovative access control technologies.
This position is ideally suited to a motivated sales professional with strong technical knowledge of physical access control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive access control sales growth across assigned territories and target accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the installer and integrator community.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the security industry.
- Promote access control solutions as a core component of integrated security ecosystems.

You will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in solution-based B2B sales.
- Proven experience selling physical access control solutions.
- Strong understanding of consultative, conceptual, and complex solution selling methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in territory management and account development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a broader team.
- Strong planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.

- Technical understanding of physical access control systems.
