Account Manager - ANZ

This role will be responsible for driving the growth of access control solutions across Australia and New Zealand by developing strategic relationships with installers, integrators, consultants, and end-user organisations.

 
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the adoption of innovative access control technologies.

This position is ideally suited to a motivated sales professional with strong technical knowledge of physical access control solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive access control sales growth across assigned territories and target accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the installer and integrator community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the security industry.
  • Promote access control solutions as a core component of integrated security ecosystems.
About You
You are a results-driven sales professional who combines commercial acumen with strong technical understanding. You enjoy building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for customers.

You will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in solution-based B2B sales.
  • Proven experience selling physical access control solutions.
  • Strong understanding of consultative, conceptual, and complex solution selling methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and account development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a broader team.
  • Strong planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities.
  • A proactive, resilient, and commercially focused approach.
Essential Requirements
  • Technical understanding of physical access control systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales opportunities.
  • Strong account management and business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand (as required).
