Tom’s journey into recruitment began over coffee with his former football coach — who also happened to run a recruitment business in New Zealand. What started as a casual chat quickly turned into a career-defining moment. Drawn to the idea of connecting with people, understanding what drives them, and helping shape their professional journeys, Tom was hooked from the start. Since then, he’s built a rewarding career in agency recruitment with a strong foundation in HR and people-focused consulting.

With more than six years of professional experience, including three in agency recruitment, Tom has developed deep expertise across Transformation and Project Services. He has conducted over 1,000 interviews and successfully placed professionals in roles such as Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, and PMO Advisors. His clients and candidates appreciate his methodical approach, calm confidence, and ability to quickly identify the right fit for both individual and organisational success.
