Rose brings four and a half years of experience across agency and internal recruitment to PRA, providing resourcing support across technology for the Melbourne team. With a background in Salesforce recruitment and a network of more than 400 Salesforce specialists, Rose is expanding that reach across other technology disciplines.

An ambition to work in Europe first sparked Rose’s interest in recruitment. When visa requirements prompted a change of direction, Rose pursued opportunities in Melbourne, having found an industry that offered the chance to connect with people and hear their stories. That curiosity remains central to Rose’s approach, with every conversation offering an opportunity to learn.
