Nikki brings almost five years of recruitment experience across IT, Sales and Professional Services to PRA. As Business Development Manager, Nikki works alongside the Victorian team across all verticals, partnering with employers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment solutions that support business growth.

After completing a degree in Exercise Science and spending four years in the industry, Nikki moved into recruitment to pursue a career centred on people and making a difference. Progressing from recruitment consulting into business development, Nikki has made hundreds of successful placements and interviewed thousands of candidates, gaining practical insight into what matters to both employers and talent.

Nikki’s approach starts with understanding a business, its goals and the challenges it faces. From there, the focus is on identifying opportunities, agreeing on a tailored approach and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Persistence, ownership and honest feedback underpin a working style that values following through on commitments.

With experience delivering permanent, contract and fixed-term recruitment solutions, Nikki supports requirements ranging from individual appointments to broader project needs. Combining hands-on recruitment knowledge with a commercial perspective, Nikki helps clients plan beyond an immediate vacancy and build recruitment partnerships that support longer-term objectives.
