Jack’s journey into recruitment began in Christchurch, NZ, where he worked as a Business Development Representative for a polytechnic supporting individuals looking to return to study or upskill. It was during this time he was introduced to IT through a qualification offered internally, sparking his initial exposure to the industry, and ultimately his pathway into technical recruitment, where he could stay closely connected to the software space without being behind the keyboard.

Jack specialises in Software Engineering and Software Testing recruitment, with a strong focus on connecting businesses with high-performing engineering talent. Alongside this, he also works closely within the AI Engineering space, partnering with Software Engineers who have transitioned into building and delivering AI-enabled products and applications within engineering teams.

With a network of 500+ industry professionals and over 900 candidate interviews, Jack has built a strong presence across the Brisbane tech market. His success is driven by genuine relationship building, consistent engagement with the local tech community, and a deep understanding of what makes great engineering teams work.
