Emily began her recruitment career after meeting her first boss at a university networking event. What started as an opportunity editing a podcast soon led to her becoming the company’s second hire - and discovering a genuine passion for recruitment and the people she meets along the way.

Having recruited through changing market conditions, Emily has developed a trusted network and an honest, informed understanding of candidate availability, salary expectations and the evolving technology landscape. She has partnered with organisations ranging from SMEs to large enterprises and placed professionals at every level, from analysts through to consulting partners, with salaries ranging from $80,000 to $600,000.
