Brendan’s path into recruitment began with a desire to break into corporate sales—an ambition that soon evolved into a passion for connecting people and opportunities. Introduced to the industry by a friend, he started his career in Accounting & Finance recruitment before discovering a deep interest in Finance Transformation. This interest naturally expanded into broader Project Services, where Brendan found his niche and has thrived ever since.

With over nine years of experience in recruitment and consulting, Brendan brings expert knowledge across Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Testing, and Agile delivery. He has personally interviewed more than 2,000 professionals and built strong talent benches of 20 to 50+ high-quality candidates, ready to mobilise quickly. His strength lies in working across contract, permanent, and Statement of Work (SoW) models, with proven success delivering for roles ranging from project coordinators to program directors.

He listens closely to the needs of clients and candidates alike, asking the right questions to understand the full picture before taking swift, strategic action.
