Like many in the industry, Brad’s entry into recruitment wasn’t planned. With just six weeks left on his working holiday visa, he reached out to a friend in recruitment for short-term work. Thanks to his background in sales and IT, he was offered the opportunity to build and manage an Infrastructure desk. What was meant to be a temporary role quickly turned into a long-term career, and Brad has now spent over six years recruiting deeply within the DevOps space.

Over this time, Brad has developed strong expertise across Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering and Linux specialisations, with additional experience supporting clients on Cloud Architecture and senior leadership roles. Today, his network spans more than 13,000 professionals, giving him unrivalled access to NSW’s top DevOps talent. He prides himself on maintaining a highly specialised and engaged network, which enables him to deliver consistently for both clients and candidates.
