Matt’s career in IT recruitment began shortly after he graduated with a degree in Philosophy. He spent seven years in London, supplying contract Project Managers and Business Analysts to the Investment Banking sector before relocating to Sydney in 1996 to join Morgan and Banks (TMP/Hudson). During his time there, Matt held several senior positions, ultimately becoming the NSW Sales Manager, overseeing the performance of over 200 Recruitment Consultants and Sales Team Leaders.

 

In 2004, Matt co-founded PRA with Philip Kingdom. At PRA, he is closely involved in managing relationships with key corporate clients, working with senior IT Managers and CIOs, and advising on career and organisational change. What Matt finds most rewarding is seeing both new and existing members of the PRA team grow and develop their careers.

 

Outside of work, Matt spends his weekends working on house renovations, trying (and failing) to achieve a single-figure golf handicap, or cheering on one (or more) of his five daughters from the sidelines of various sports fields.
