Before joining PRA, Carrah held a managerial role within a residential education facility, where she worked closely with global affiliates. This experience helped shape her authentic communication style and strengths in transparent, respectful relationship-building — qualities that continue to define both her leadership and her work in recruitment today.

Carrah brings warmth and energy to everything she does, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she's a talented jazz vocalist, finding joy in making connections through music, just as she does in her day-to-day role.
